Travel confirmation The registration is valid after receipt of the full payment for the booked service. All registered persons get a written travel confirmation with the detailed itinerary. From this time on, the registration is subject to the cancellation terms. Overnight stays All offers for overnight stays are based on limited availability. The reservations are confirmed in order of their receipt. Travel The travel option A with public transportation includes a Swiss one-month half-price subscription (valid from July 19 to August 18). This subscription allows you to buy all railway tickets and many mountain tram tickets up to 50% discount (i. e., on your arrival from the Swiss border on, for excursions during the WOC week or afterwards). This subscription is available only for persons with residence outside of Switzerland. Changes Changes Tour O Swiss program: subject to change. All changes made on your application by the organizer allows you to cancel the registration during 20 days from the shipping date of the confirmation. Subsequent notices of cancellation are subject to the cancellation terms. Changes by the participant that require a new confirmation are subject to a surcharge (CHF 60.-). Cancellation terms Cancellation notice: until June 1, 2003 80% refund of the overall price until July 18, 2003 50% refund of the overall price later no refund possible Cancellation insurance We suggest to purchase a cancellation insurance for CHF 20.- (see entry form). Trip cancellation coverage protects you against losses because of illness or accident of you or someone close to you before the trip (medical certificate required). Liabilities The organizer of the Tour O Swiss acts as intermediary of the services described in the travel programs. Tour O Swiss cannot be held liable for damages, wich can be attributed to the actual fault of mediated service provider. The Swiss general travel law is not valid. Applicable law In the relationship between you and Tour O Swiss, Swiss law only is applicable. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
